Delete Your Account & Data

Bhashu collects almost nothing. Your child's learning progress, XP and nickname stay on the device and are never sent to us. Usage statistics are anonymous and carry no identifiers. The only account we hold is created if you choose to sign in — and all it stores is a one-way scrambled code used to sync your purchases between devices. It contains no name, email or address.

1. Delete your Bhashu account — in the app

If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. It takes a few seconds and needs no email to us.

  1. Open Bhashu and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and tap Delete Account again.

The steps are the same on iPhone, iPad and Android. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account record and the purchase-sync data tied to it are removed from our servers, and you are signed out.

You will not lose what you paid for. Your purchases belong to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not to Bhashu. After deleting your Bhashu account you can restore them at any time with Restore Purchases, or by reinstalling the app and signing in to the same store account.

Never signed in? Then no account was ever created and there is nothing on our servers to delete. The Account section only appears in the app when you are signed in. To erase your child's on-device progress, delete the app or clear its data in your phone's settings.

2. Delete support emails you have sent us

If you have written to us — through in-app feedback or by email — that message and your address sit in our support inbox. Those are filed by email address rather than by account, so the in-app deletion above cannot reach them. Email us and we will remove them. A parent or guardian may ask on a child's behalf.
